BestPhilippineProducts.com provides special pricing for bulk purchases. If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of a single item, please fill out the Volume Order Quote Form below for a quick quote. This is a fantastic opportunity for importers and institutional retailers to obtain bulk discounts on Philippine-made quality handicraft products for the home or office. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 24 units per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU). Per SKU means the same style, color, and shape. Unless otherwise stated, stock is not guaranteed until the final order acceptance. Because bulk orders are final sale, it is best to order a sample first.

Personalization and Custom Orders

Some of our items make excellent promotional items or wedding favors! If you'd like to have your artwork included in our handcrafted products, please indicate so in our no-obligation Volume Order Quote Request Form. A minimum of 200 pieces is required for each custom work order. Customized items are final sales.

Bulk Order Process

Complete the Volume Order Quote Request Form on this web page, including your email address, phone number, shipment date and destination, and exact product specifications, including material, design, and size, as well as any other information necessary to complete your order.
Payment for the order must be made by the Payment Due Date mentioned on the Pro Forma Invoice issued to you when your order is confirmed. Payment in full in advance through wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card is necessary for small or sample orders. A Letter of Credit is our recommended method of payment for large transactions.
The products will be delivered to you via sea or air shipment. We may ship small or sample items by express service.

Requests for Quotations and Inventory Checks

Price quotations for volume orders are valid for 30 days. If you accept a quote after the 30-day period has expired, please tell us in advance to ensure that the price has not changed.

We will verify inventories at the time of the quote. However, we cannot confirm the availability of the required amount until we get a confirmation of your order.

International Shipping on Bulk Orders

Various factors go into calculating delivery costs for international orders. When seeking a price estimate for international shipping, please provide the full ship-to address, including the postal code.

Transportation and Distribution

Bulk orders can be shipped to multiple destinations. We can gladly assist you in coordinating and checking the delivery and providing shipment information.

Shipping and handling charges may or may not apply, depending on the nature of the order, its due date, and any special circumstances.

Taxes

Bulk orders are subject to standard taxes. If your organization is exempt from taxation, you will be required to supply a tax-exempt identification number and certificate.
